Open the paywall (Unlock Pro at the top right of the first screen) and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID that made the purchase. Purchases are tied to the Apple ID, not to the device.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions, or on the device in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, otherwise Apple renews it.
A subscription starts with a 3-day free trial when your Apple ID is still eligible for it. Eligibility is decided by Apple, and it is granted once per subscription group — if you have used the trial before, the app says "Subscribe" instead of offering it. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged.
All payments go through Apple, so refunds do too: reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds ourselves, but write to us if something did not work — we would rather fix it.
Lifetime is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. All three products unlock exactly the same features.
Depth measurement needs a LiDAR scanner, which only iPhone 12 Pro and later Pro / Pro Max models have. On every other iPhone use the card method: put any bank-card-sized card next to the egg in frame — it works without LiDAR.
Hold the phone 26–35 cm from the egg (the method works from 20 to 45 cm), light the egg evenly, and keep the background plain. The app shows a confidence interval — if it is wide, the shot was hard to read. You can always type the mass in by hand, or pick your region's size class instead.
Allow notifications in iOS Settings → Egg Boil PRO → Notifications. The timer also runs as a Live Activity on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. Keep the app installed and the device unmuted for the alarm sound.
Rate the result in the app after cooking — that feedback is what tunes the model. Check that the mass, the starting temperature (fridge or room) and the water mode match what you actually did; those three drive the time more than anything else. Altitude is handled automatically from the barometer.
Because water boils lower the higher you are. The app reads the barometer, converts it to altitude and adjusts the target temperature accordingly — that is the whole point of the calculation.
The app has no account and no ads. Anonymous usage statistics can be turned off at any time in Settings → Data → Anonymous statistics. Full details: Privacy Policy.

Подписками управляет Apple, а не мы: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions или на устройстве Настройки → ваше имя → Подписки. Отменять нужно не позднее чем за 24 часа до конца периода, иначе Apple продлит её.
Подписка начинается с 3 дней бесплатно, если ваш Apple ID ещё имеет на это право. Право определяет Apple, и даётся оно один раз на группу подписок — если пробный период уже был использован, кнопка просто говорит «Подписаться». Отмените до конца пробного периода — списания не будет.
Все платежи проходят через Apple, возвраты тоже: reportaproblem.apple.com. Сами вернуть деньги мы не можем, но напишите нам, если что-то не заработало — мы предпочли бы это починить.
«Навсегда» — разовая покупка, не подписка: ничего не продлевается и отменять нечего. Все три продукта открывают ровно один и тот же набор функций.
Замер по глубине требует сканера LiDAR — он есть только на iPhone 12 Pro и новее (Pro и Pro Max). На остальных iPhone работает способ с банковской картой: положите любую карту стандартного размера рядом с яйцом в кадре, LiDAR для этого не нужен.

Оцените результат в приложении после варки — именно эта обратная связь уточняет модель. Проверьте, что масса, стартовая температура (из холодильника или комнатная) и режим воды совпадают с тем, что вы делали: эти три параметра влияют на время сильнее всего. Поправка на высоту считается автоматически по барометру.
Потому что чем выше над уровнем моря, тем ниже кипит вода. Приложение читает барометр, пересчитывает его в высоту и корректирует расчёт — в этом и смысл.
В приложении нет аккаунта и нет рекламы. Анонимную статистику можно выключить в любой момент: Настройки → Данные → Анонимная статистика. Подробности: Политика конфиденциальности.
